The ToS says Blizz can do whatever they want, that doesn't make it right.

But it's a contract, and players have agreed to abide by it. Yes I understand people violate contracts all the time, but Blizzard is still allowed to follow up on a violation because you agreed not to do that.

The guy abused an exploit instead of reporting it. It doesn't matter whether Blizzard knew about it or not, he still abused it. People who want to cut corners know they do so at their own risk. If you want to talk ethical talk to the guy who cheated.

Anyway, just finished the Jade Forest. Holy crap that ending was awesome. It was nice not having the world about to blow up when I first entered a zone. Just war with the Hordies and then traveling through Panda land helping people out. Soon enough found stirrings of bad things but it was done gradually so the finale where the Sha of Doubt appears was fantastic. And that fucker was HUGE.

Archaeology is much more enjoyable now in Pandaria. You can get six nodes from each digsite with the chance of spawning a sha who drop fragments as well. In addition most artifacts you get can be boxed up and turned in for a crate of of fragments from other races, like say tol'vir. In addition some artifacts you make turn out Pristine and can be turned in to fill up a shelf you can see.

Apparently there are hidden secrets in Pandaria too. I heard of a sword in a wall that's BoA and blue. I also found a rare who spawned in front of me and he dropped a pair of blue mail pants and an epic one-handed mace. That's not even mentioning the lore objects you can find in some places.

All in all, Pandaria is a wonderful place to be and I love it so much more than Cataclysm. Oh, and if you're an Engineer, congratulations. You are going to make so much gold this xpac because of your new mounts and Blingbot.

I'm torn on whether I should make a Pandaren. On the one hand, I already have a Monk, and I don't think I'd be able to effectively (role)play a Pandaren as anything but a Monk. On the other hand the Monk has three specs that are extremely unique so that they'd need their own characters to sufficiently explore. I'm firm on my Brewmaster being a Dwarf, and my Troll is a Windwalker, so the Pandaren would be a Mistweaver. But then Tauren.
