Also for anyone saying that making a worgen/goblin DK goes against the time line just think of some random goblins that sided with the Argent Dawn for cheddar BEFORE WotLK events, and think of some worgen summoned by Arugal or SOMETHING.


Kadoom your main is not a rogue so SHUT UP. You did this when I said that rogues need a self heal finisher (even a crappy HOT buff akin to S&D) and you said "No, rogues are fine how they are quit QQing" and guess what, ROGUES GOT A SELF HEAL FINISHER.

No sadly, it was with a new guild I'm trying out, and some pugs, we kept getting him to like 30-40% and then someone would die to stupid stuff.... I blame the pugs.

But your main is a druid. Druids can raid buff, heal, tank, shoot magic lazors, and resurrect dead players. What do rogues have out of that? Nothing. All I ask for is some ranged utility like a combo point generator that is a ranged Sinister Strike and maybe a talent or two for ranged stuff. That's all.

You do not have an 80 rogue that you played from the start so you know nothing of leveling a rogue for your first. And PVP main? Come on. Try raiding with it.

If you think about it though, Rogues really don't need any of that stuff, especially for raiding, also doesn't really fit in with the lore for rogues either. Rogues are meant to be up close and personal.

The only time I ever felt range was necessary was when I was leveling and needing to pull single mobs from larger clusters where stealthing in would have got me booty-raped.

We don't need the tanking and rezzing true, but again I agree that ranged when leveling is something I kept wanting and instead I got stealth which pulled too many mobs and you know how that goes.

And I seem to recall that rogues in other fantasy settings had ranged specialization up the wazoo. Namely bows and throwing knives.

There's Throw,Deadly Throw but personally, I'm a Fan of Knives.

Besides, I DO have a melee dps character Vrom, and in terms of what you're saying, they work the same.


Erm, what do you mean by this? I've leveled my rogue to 67, and my druid as a rogue-like character to 71.
