Guild one: I have no idea. Really. Absolutly no idea.
Guild two: I was in a unrelated (To the guild) 25 man ICC, and someone from guild 2 was bitching at me for not using my AoE spell that does less damage than my normal rotation with fewer than 5 mobs. Also I mentined that I don't like it when raids/guilds rely on gearscore too much.

Looking at his spec (he was the same spec/class) he's pretty fucking badly speced, with 5 points to improve DoTs by 5% and 2 in AoE spells. He also skipped getting 3 Crit and Hit chance for 3 points. Goddamnit I hate some people so much.
