Yeah there's a drink you can get while questing in Sholozar, It's like a one time thing, with the Frenzy hearts, you mix the berries with the beer and if you just drink the beer you will grow, so you get like 30 of them, and keep growing.

If you level with one of their characters, you get 300% exp, you also can summon/be summoned by them once an hour, and they get a flying two person mount, so you don't have to run around on food in northrend (and outlands if you're poor)

I guess it would depened on where you want your character, I'd be willing to do it but pretty much only on Horde Greymane or Alliance Kargath
