Probably gonna be the gnome starting quest in cata, or part of an upgraded gnomeregan instance.

[spoiler]Besides, it ends with Thermaplugg blowing the place up AGAIN, with a bomb 20(0?) times more powerful than the first. I doubt that place is gonna be habitable again until another quest or something[/spoiler]
