This is the same bullshit as people judging others by GearScore. IT DOESN'T MEAN SHIT. An incredible player in trash gear will beat a purple noob. Always.

I appreciate what you're saying Exeres, but unless the Purpled person is only using one ability over and over or something, they WILL out dps the more skilled but trashy geared player. Gear matters yo.

I exaggerated for the absurdity, but gear isn't so important that people need to be locked out of heroic dungeons because their item level isn't high enough.

It wasn't hard to meet that requirement. Pretty much just need to quest out twilight highlands.

I've got a 10 day free trial to WoW if anyone wants it. I dunno if it works, I got it with starcraft 2 on launch day and I already gave out the other one. I'm pretty sure this is the one that still work.
