I've had the beta client since April but I've barely touched it, I'll probably only play for a couple months after launch anyway so I'd rather leave whatever fun I can get out of the game until then.

Just finished Stonetalon. Now that was a fun zone, but the question is where do I go now? I've already done the southern barrens before and it was alright but I wouldn't want to do it again. Is new Desolace any good?

You're at level 30 now, right? I'd recommend just going the Cape of Stranglethorn or Western Plaguelands. Desolace is alright, but not particularly interesting.

I've already done Stranglethorn as well. And fuck Plaugelands. I hate Plaguelands... If I make another new character, I'll go to the Plaugelands. For now, I'm doing Desolace and it seems nice so far.

You have tried the new Plaguelands at least once right? Nothing like the old ones, they're legitimately fun zones.

Nnnno. No I have not. Perhaps I'm just biased because of the old ones and the hate I've developed towards them. I'm already a level into Desolace so oops oh well. Like I said, if I make a new character, I'll go there. Or perhaps when I actually start leveling my priest again, I'll hop over there at 30.

They've been totally revamped. I used to live in those places during the Classic era, but I was amazed just how much had been changed when I brought a new toon through there. Still rustled off that Horde won Andorhal though. And all their other victories in Cata too while Ally got a piss in the face.

Hopefully MoP will let Alliance have some real victories.

I was actually completely wrong about the leveling.

Western Plaguelands is 35-40, not 30-35, so you could actually still do them.

I suppose it's not that odd a conclusion to make considering Jaina was BESTEST BUDS with Thrall when he was Warchief.

Honestly Jaina has always been kind of a shit character and I'm not sure why you expected that to change.

Its just so STUPID

The Horde not only blows up Theramore (in which she is the ONLY survivor) but Horde players PARTICIPATE.

THEY fight their way in, THEY free the spy, THEY plant the bomb, THEY defend it until it goes off.

And yet, not only does Jaina get talked down from vengeance by Kalecgos (more bad, forced romance YEAH), she actually goes NEUTRAL afterwards!

And Garrosh alone gets the blame, because the Horde are just innocent victims being forced to do stuff and wahh wahhh wahhhhhhhh

I'm just really, REALLY annoyed that the dev team could POSSILY think this is a good idea for any reason. They had a chance to bring back an Alliance hero, to give the Alliance someone and something to rally behind. Something that actually makes them want to say 'For the Alliance!'. They wanted Metzen to go through with his promise of a 'fist-pumping moment'.

Instead... 'oh, we don't want to make Horde players feel bad! So its really not their fault, its Garrosh's!'

So fuck it. I'm a blood elf warlock now.
