Understand that the Garrosh haters in the Horde are an extreme minority compared to the amount that love him and where he's taken the Horde
If that's true, that would be completely ridiculous. It makes no sense from a lore perspective for Tauren to love going to war. Darkspear trolls are mostly loyal to Vol'Jin, so why would they cheer on Garrosh?
It was the massive, combined Horde army that cheered on Garrosh after he had dropped the mana bomb. Baine was despairing at just how
few didn't like what had been done.
And I'm afraid it doesn't matter; in the Shattering, Cairne was disappointed by the number of Tauren that supported Garrosh over him. There's a fair number with a grduge against the Alliance bceause of the Southern Barrens and the mess that happened there.
And yeah, the Darkspear aren't that loyal to Garrosh; that's why he kicked most of them out of Orgrimmar, and come 5.1, the Darkpears were the only race he didn't call on to aid the war effort.

Adding on to that, the Forsaken don't care for Garrosh at all, that much was made clear in the Worgen starting area and Silverpine questlines. And the Blood Elves.. Well, they really don't have any reason to follow Garrosh, but they don't have any reason not to either. The Goblins will hump whoever's leg gives them the most cheddar so there's that. The way I see it only Orcs (and even then some Orcs dislike Garrosh) and Goblins (maybe) are supportive of Garrosh's decisions. Maybe the Blood Elves too but Garrosh would have to have bribed them with some pretty powerful drugs magic.
The Forsaken are tricky. Some like Garrosh, some don't, but they're all loyal to Sylvanas. Who is using them as a means to prevent herself from dying so she doesn't go to 'hell'. She doesn't like Garrosh squandering them, not so much that she's actually going to war.
The goblins are in it for the profit and the blood elves are absolutely loyal to Garrosh's Horde; Lor'themar swears this in Tides of War. As well as it was the blood elves who gifted the mana bomb to Garrosh.
Finally, the number of orcs who dislike Garrosh is
very small compared to the number that do. And because the orcish military is the strongest and most numberous in the Horde, they're able to strong-arm the other races if they're not complying to the will of their warchief.
The Horde has returned to its roots as a group of conquerors. They're not the good guys, nor have they ever been.
